What to Bring when Applying
To best help you when applying for a loan at Dairy State Bank, the following is a list of items that we recommend that you bring for your first meeting with a Dairy State Bank loan officer. This will ensure that we have the information that we need to analyze your loan request so that we may get a decision to you more quickly:
Consumer Loans:
For consumer loans, we ask that you bring the following:
- Latest pay stub
- Current listing of debts
- Personal tax returns for the past two years
Real Estate Loans:
To purchase or refinance, we ask that you bring the following:
- Offer to Purchase and Seller's Condition report signed by all parties (Purchases only)
- Previous years W-2's and current YTD pay stubs covering 30 days
- If self-employed, own income property, or receive commission pay, provide two years complete federal tax returns (self-employed will need a recent Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet)
- Two years corporate and partnership returns including K-1's if you have more than 25% ownership
Additional items needed for refinance:
- Copy of most recent Property Tax Statement
- Evidence of Title (Abstract or Title Insurance)
- Proof of Homeowner's Insurance
Small Business, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Loans:
- Personal tax returns for the past two years and financial statements
- Business tax returns for the past two years
- Business financial statement for the past two years including income statements and balance sheets
Your business plan including:
- Business history
- Description of your business organization
- Use of loan funds
- Sources of loan repayment
- Description of intended market and major products
- Anticipated competition
- At least one year's financial projections
- Resumes of owner(s) of the business
