Lost or Stolen Credit Cards
Currently, many of our customers are not aware of what number to call to report a lost or stolen card should the bank be closed. The numbers are as follows:

VISA CHECK CARD
Avoid the hassle of writing checks with a handy VISA check card. A Check Card allows you to pay for purchases directly from your checking account without writing a check. It also provides access to cash at numerous Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) throughout the world. This convenience is included with the provisions of each of the checking account packages. Certain credit provisions do apply.
Now you can add your photo to your Check Card for added security. There is a small $5 one-time fee for the Photo Check Card - a small price to pay to protect your identity.

In addition to other ways of preventing, detecting and resolving fraud, Dairy State Bank now offers Verified by Visa - a secure, free, simple-to-use service that confirms your identity with added password verification when you conduct an online transaction at a participating merchant*.
Enrollment and activation is quick and easy. Simply follow one of the two methods below to create your Verified by Visa password and you are done:
- Activate Verified by Visa while you shop online: You can enroll your card in the Verified by Visa program while shopping at a participating merchant. During the check-out process, you may be automatically prompted to activate your Visa Check Card.
- Activate Verified by Visa before shopping online: You can enroll your Visa Check Card before shopping by clicking on the link below.
Once your Dairy State Bank Visa Check Card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever you shop at a participating Verified by Visa online merchant. At check-out, you will be prompted to enter your password in the Verified by Visa window, your identity will be verified and the transaction will then be completed.
